    DIVISION: BUILDING SOUTH LOCATION: HILLSBOROUGH, NI

    Our Building South division are looking to add a Supply Chain Administrator to the team in Northern Ireland. Reporting into the Head of Business Management and Supply Chain Management, the successful candidate will work to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain processes and will work to support the wider commercial teams via Administrative duties.

    We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a background in dealing with Subcontractors and/or working with Supply Chain providers.
    It is essential that they should have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and plan workload effectively. Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work are also key to this role as are Strong IT skills, specifically MS Excel – Advanced Excel knowledge would be beneficial.

    The Supply Chain Administrator shall;

  • Provide a wide range of administrative support to the supply chain process and commercial team.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers.
  • Gather supply chain data, generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.
  • Support sub-contractor approval process, with strong understanding of approval requirements set by the business.
  • Advise of any issues with individual approvals or approval process and manage resolutions.
  • Keep updated on changes to the organisations compliance requirements.
  • Utilise supply chain management software and systems to streamline processes, track inventory, and analyse data.
  • Provide support to users on the use of supply chain technology tools.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding documentation and record-keeping.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implementing best practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvements and strategic initiatives.
