The Radiology/Diagnostics CBU are recruiting a Personal Assistant / Administrator to the Professional Leads and CBU Lead.


We are seeking a personal assistant / administrator who can manage diaries and arrange meetings and a broad breadth of business administration and will be an active member of the team often being the first point of contact for our colleagues and System partners.

This exciting role covers a variety of duties, a sample of which might be;
To provide a comprehensive efficient, effective and confidential clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the Radiology/Diagnostics Operational Managers/Clinical Leads.


To provide business administration support to the service in its approach to the achievement of its objectives to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Directorate.


Develop effective working relationships within the Trust and with colleagues in other Trusts, Lincolnshire System Partners, Integrated Care Board, and the wider health community, to ensure clear and consistent communication.


To highlight and monitor changing priorities throughout the day and keep the team updated, taking action where appropriate on own initiative within agreed parameters or on instruction, in order to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Directorate.

Our latest CQC report increased our ratings for being effective and well-led from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Good'. Our rating for caring remained as 'Good'.
