Description
We are working with a market-leading insurance company, who are looking to grow their team in Poole.
Working as a Retention Advisor, the core element of the role is to retain existing policy holders in the non-standard and high-risk household Insurance market.
In this telephony-based position, you will manage a portfolio of customers whilst working with Insurers, management agencies to source solutions and to ensure continued retention of existing business.
Ensuring you meet diverse customer needs' and requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Managing clients within the retention cycle
Making outbound calls to existing customers
Taking incoming calls from their existing customers to renew or service their policies.
Source, present and renew policies for their existing customers.
Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance and customer risk.
Build relationships with 3rd party Insurers and Underwriters
Upselling additional products, seek cross sale and referral opportunities where applicable.
Providing first class customer service through advice and expertise
Taking ownership of your clients and building lasting relationships.
Required experience:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Experience working in a Customer-focused environment
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
