Day & Night Duty Coordinator
Permanent - 4 days on 4 days off (12 hour shifts)
Dedicated to providing a 6-star quality private concierge service to our exclusive clients.

We are looking for a Day & Night Duty Coordinator to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Designate medical jobs daily, working alongside the cargo supervisor.

• Allocate all other jobs appropriately as directed by authorised logistics staff and Clients.
• Advise logistics management of all unauthorised request for transport assistance.
• Be aware of and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
• Be able to work on a flexible work/rota schedule as required by operational needs.
• Ensure that the work mobile phone is always switched on and answered when called.
• Ensure each delegated task to chauffeurs is entered into the necessary logistics auditing systems.

Experience of fleet operations

• Flexible attitude with regards to the types of jobs willing to undertake and the hours available to work.
