    Are you an experienced Tax professional now looking for an exciting new opportunity with a well known and reputable firm? If so, read on

    We are working in partnership with our fantastic client to recruit a Tax Senior to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Our client is one of Scotland's leading Legal Firms based in AMAZING offices in Edinburgh City Centre.

    You will work as part of a team, managing a portfolio of Tax clients providing the highest level of service at all times.

    What you'll do
  • Collating and processing Tax information
  • Preparation of Tax Returns
  • Computing Tax liabilities and advising clients
  • Maintaining regular contact and providing excellent service
  • Managing a portfolio of Personal Tax clients
  • Preparing Tax calculations and providing advice
  • Completing and submitting Tax Returns
  • Advising clients on Tax payment obligations and monitoring payments
  • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
  • Identifying Tax Planning opportunities
    What you'll need
  • Prior experience managing a portfolio of Personal Tax cases, ideally within Professional Services
  • Experience in Executries and Trust cases
  • The ability to maintain full compliance and legislation
  • Comfortable working as part of a team but also using your own initiative
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • The ability to attain objectives within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
