- Lead on the ACS audit function annually and ensure a compliant and positive outcome across both businesses
- Be an Advisor, spending quality time with operational leaders to review their security performance against targets and expected income to fully understand their business and to advise on process and compliance with regards to security and associated services
- Undertake account reviews with senior contract management and demonstrate continuous improvement in audit and income/profit
- Champion, with the support of the site management teams, the introduction, use of and ongoing development of the ServiceTrac and Synapse systems
- Support the P&L and budgeted performance levels through supporting the application of best practice in such areas as price reviews, cost control, avoiding the use of agency labour and third parties generally
- Maximise extra cover and ad hoc work through ISS assets
- An audit background
- Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment
- Experience interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation
- PC literate – understanding of how to use technology as a tool
- Communication and presentation skills of high level
