    Project Manager (Funds) – Financial Services

    12 Month Contract – UK, Remote

    InterQuest are partnering a well-known Financial Services organisation and we are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a contract basis for 12 months. Our client is a global powerhouse who provide a range of services from pension, incentive services and wealth and asset management.

    The Project Manager will facilitate the successful delivery of our partners projects with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business needs, the PM will also optimise operations, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation within the fund solutions team.

    Key Accountabilities

    • with stakeholders to define the scope of projects, define deliverables and project milestones,
    • risks, issues, dependencies and manage resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
    • and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource plans.
    • project execution proactively and take ownership of project deliverables.
    • and lead (where required) effective project teams

    Professional and Technical Experience

    • established project manager with 6+ years of demonstrable experience delivering projects using structured methodologies - (with a large portion focused on fund administration)
    • running multiple projects and ideally with teams based globally.
    • in a fast-paced environment with tenacity, confidence, and resilience to deliver high quality results.
    • have experience of working in a finance / fiduciary environment
    • to quickly form robust partnerships with all stakeholders and sponsors including at Executive level.
    • leadership skills to motivate and lead large teams in a matrix environment.
    • ability to collaborate and communicate concisely across various internal & and external functions.
    • to facilitate business challenge to the status quo and enable business innovation.
    • ability to define and leverage project resources and budgets.
