Part Time SHEQ Manager - United Kingdom - Simoco Wireless Solutions

Simoco Wireless Solutions are looking for a part time SHEQ Manager. This role will predominately be based in the Derby office on a minimum of three days per week.

Delivery of this role requires the setting and enforcement of Policies, Processes and Procedures ensuring that departments adhere to the rules and regulations that the company upholds.

Reporting to the Simoco CoS the SHEQ Managers role is to ensure Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards are upheld to the required legal and commercial standards.

Delivering a pivotal SHEQ role to the delivery of all business areas.
Main Purpose of the Role;

• To promote and support the positive shaping and maintaining of Simoco's safety culture.
• To ensure that company operations adhere to a set of legal and industry-compliant safety standards, that reduces accidents and resource wastage and improves efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• To play the lead role in maintaining the company's certification for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, UVDB, RISQS and FORS

Other duties include:
Input in bids for clientsSupport of the projects team advising on RAMS and Safe Systems of workControl of incident management and investigationsDriving the company's Carbon reporting and reduction initiativesMaintaining internal and external audit scheduleFacilities Management responsibility for the Derby site
