    Sales Operations Administrator - this is NOT a sales role but Sales Support for an IT Support Company.
    Office based - Halesowen, access to a car preferable.

    IRIS is a small but thriving IT support company based in Halesowen, dedicated to delivering top-notch technology solutions to businesses.

    As a Sales Operations Administrator, you'll be a crucial part of our team, supporting the Sales Director in preparing quotes for potential clients and ensuring seamless delivery by organising and boxing up essential equipment for new customers


    Quote Preparation:
    Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to draft accurate and compelling quotes for prospective clients


    Equipment Packaging and Coordination:

    Responsible for the efficient and careful boxing up of various equipment, including hardware, IT support devices, servers, PCs, etc., ensuring accurate labelling and documentation for smooth deployment.

    Coordinate with various suppliers to ensure timely availability of necessary equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and liaising with vendors to streamline the procurement process.


    Quality Assurance:

    Conduct thorough checks on packaged equipment to guarantee completeness, functionality, and adherence to company standards before shipping to clients.

    Maintain meticulous records of equipment inventory, client quotes, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

    Other roles include order processing, dealing with suppliers, checking stock is available, keeping the office in order with H and S guidelines and purchase orders.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for quote generation, record-keeping, and communication.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with the sales team, clients, and vendors.

    Office-based in Halesowen.
