Description
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our existing team in Aberdeen. This would suit someone from a sales background who has worked in the, Training, Recruitment, Education or HR sector.

In addition to a competitive basic salary andpension you will also be offered a car allowance and home office allowance.


  • Promote bespoke training products and services to Oil and Gas companies
  • Build lasting relationships with employers consulting with them on where it is possible to add value through training related products
  • Generating quality business development leads from home office
  • Visiting Clients ensuring that training delivered is aligned to the business needs
  • Ensure end user is aware of training grants etc available to their organisation/industry
Person Specification

  • Previous experience in: HR, Recruitment, Training, Education
  • Knowledge of Engineering/Construction sector advantageous
  • Previous business development experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willing to travel in Scotland (mainly Aberdeen/Shire)
