    We are recruiting for a Complex Needs Practitioner - Level 2 at our services in Dunfermline.
    Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from male applicants.
    Ideally you'll have or be willing to work towards obtaining your SVQ-3 in Health & Social Care
    Previous experience of working with a range of individuals with a Learning Disability / Autism Spectrum / Complex Needs
    Be expected to work weekends, shift patterns and sleepovers if required.

    The Complex Needs Practitioner (Level 2) is a key role within the service, where you would be providing skilled direct support, as well as assisting the Senior Support Workers to ensure that all support provided is of the highest quality.

    This will include communicating accurately and efficiently how the support plans are being delivered, assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of the individual support plans.

    The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland, making us the country`s largest provider of social care.

    We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse and autism.

    Some of the people we support can present challenging behaviour or require a high level of personal care.
