Responsibilities
Accept bookings for facilities, courses and events both current and advanced using a computerised system, receipting and cash handling To strictly adhere to financial guidelines in relation to cash handling, cash receipts and recording Maintain and update various databases Processing of Data, Financial and Non Financial information (input retrieval and interrogation) Use of ASH to raise invoices and Oracle ERP to pay invoices/ order items To ensure correct completion and processing of all relevant forms, both manual and computerised Processing memberships Undertake word processing of letters, memos, reports etc.
