    Who we are looking for:

    We are currently looking for a Senior HR Representative. You will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This role will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training and development, onboarding, policy implementation and enforcement and employment law compliance. The role will also act as a liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.

    What you'll do:

  • Assist the UK Sr. HR Manager in the execution of the HR Strategy to ensure achievement of its objectives.
  • To be the first point of contact for leaders.
  • Support and provide expert advice to leaders to ensure employment law and best practice is being applied.
  • Deliver up to date training on a regular basis on important HR related topics.
  • Review and update employment policies, contracts of employment and other related documents
  • Manage and deliver on HR KPI's and Action Plans.
  • Manage employee relations cases end-to-end on a range of matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissal, performance management, absence management etc.
  • Support leaders with succession planning to ensure the appropriate development is arranged.
  • Management of the company's occupational health provider and services
  • Support and help to develop and implement a number of projects improving the employee experience.
  • Process new hire paperwork and coordinate new hire orientation; create and maintain personnel files through HRIS.
  • Ensure the offboarding process is handled in a professional manner to ensure everyone is consistently treated fairly.
  • Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programmes are well planned, coordinated, timely and adhere to the company's values
  • Manage, mentor and support the HR Administrator to ensure best practice
  • What you'll bring:

  • CIPD Level or above
  • Minimum of - years of experience as an HR Generalist or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Responsive nature with strong sense of urgency to handle matters quickly.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to manage time and multiple tasks/priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to effectively problem solve; ability to understand and analyse data to make decisions.
  • Within Months, You'll:
