Job Title:
Service Advisor

Hours:42 hrs per week ( Must be flexible to work 1/2 weekends.)

Example of working hours: 7:30am - 5pm Or 8am - 5:30pm - Saturday working hours 7:30 - 1pm

Pay Rate:
£11.51p/h Paid Weekly

Location:
Stockport SK1

Temporary for 12 weeks ( potential opportunity of the position going permanent based on your performance / attendance)

Responsibilities:

Main duties of the role will include meeting and greeting service customers, booking customer's cars in for service/MOT.
Coordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre dealing with Customer enquiries.

Requirements / Experience:

You must have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player.
Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
Well organised
IT literate
Is able to work within a fast paced environment.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Flexible to work 1 out of 2 weekend shifts
