Kenneth Brian Associates, currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join a well-known business in the Brighton area on a permanent basis.


Your duties will include:


  • Maintaining the master planning model for the project
  • Reviewing and monitoring plans, making appropriate adjustments following changes within the operation
  • Producing forecasting models based on various potential scenarios
  • Delivery of required outputs for contractual Service Reviews
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are allocated correctly on both financial systems to minimize reconciliation discrepancies and rework
  • Review the daily invoice mailbox log to identify invoices not yet on SAP which need processing
  • Establish and maintain successful working relationships with managers and suppliers by responding to any queries thoroughly and in a timely manner
  • Identify ways to improve processes and automate where possible

Key requirements:


  • Experience of working in a similar position
  • Is it essential that you have strong excel skills
  • Numerate and analytically minded
  • ACCA/CIMA studier
