- School experience is a benefit.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with all members of the school community.
- Knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in DIY skills for general maintenance and repairs.
- Reliability, problemsolving skills, and the capacity to work independently.
- Driving license preferred.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic School Facilities Coordinator, with a flexible approach to work and personable and compassionate attitude to join this school's Site Team.
As the School Facilities Coordinator, you will help provide a safe, efficient and effective learning and working environment for students and staff and help in maintaining high standards and contribute to the aims of the school as an SEMH environment.
The school has a maximum capacity of 35 students across three buildings, which you will maintain as an independent School Facilities Coordinator.
