We also have relief contracts too if you're looking for something a bit more flexible.


The Role


As a Support Practitioner you'll be part of a friendly and dedicated team and we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction where no two days are ever the same.

You'll provide support to adults with various disabilities and/or additional support needs in Perth.


Your main aim will be supporting the individuals with their day to day needs including personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication.

In addition, with all of the individuals we support enjoying being part of their local community, we're also looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting with their hobbies and interests which include activity clubs, swimming, football, boccia, day trips and eating out.

Shift Patterns
As we are dedicated to providing support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this role will usually involve working split shifts during the hours of hours Monday

  • Friday and hours Saturday & Sunday. There will also be occasions where you work later shifts to support individuals to attend shows, concerts and activity groups and sleepovers to support trips away.
