    Description

    A fantastic opportunity for a bright ambitious individual to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. Our client was recently voted Mortgage Firm of the Year and is looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor who will gain experience working for the business on a day to day basis whilst studying for their CeMap qualifications over 2 - 3 years.

    This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking for a long term career. The role offers regular pay increases whilst you pass each step of the CeMap qualification and the company offer continuous guidance and support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administering mortgages to offer stage
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with Estate Agency introducers
    • Researching mortgage facilities and placing cases with lenders
    • Eventually moving on to telephoning warm leads and making appointments
    • Finally carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages

    Key Requirements

    • Candidates will be bright, enthusiastic, outgoing and personable
    • Strong communication skills
    • Well motivated and keen to progress within the organisation
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • Educated to Degree or A-level standard
