    Job Description

Squeezed Media (sqzd.) is looking for a brilliant creative with a passion for animation and motion graphics and experience in video and digital production.

    Who are we?

sqzd. is a content creation agency that focuses on storytelling to deliver results for brands across the UK. We specialise in animation and provide an end-to-end service for primarily B2B clients in the professional services industries. We're a small, friendly team who all do our part to add value and creativity to every project.

    Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented creative to join our team and help us continue to produce exceptional content for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of creative experience in a B2B agency or production company, working on animation, motion graphics, video and digital projects. We're looking for someone who has a brilliant eye, who stays on top of video and animation trends and is bursting with ideas and energy, who can also develop a simple top line into a visual approach and a narrative outline. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to confidently distil complex, business-focussed propositions and language into compelling, convincing and crystalised creative proposals. This will be a client-facing role so we're looking for someone who can work confidently with both top-level clients and the internal team.

    • Work alongside the motion design team to generate ideas that align with and make the most of our skillsets
    • Understand the cause and effect of creative choices on a project budget
    • Liaise with blue chip C-suite clients, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest creative standard, and with the help of the accounts and motion design team, on time and within budget
    • Pitch and present creative ideas to clients and the internal team with confidence and clarity
    • Help the accounts team in new business meetings, generating ideas live (when appropriate)
    • Prepare detailed and beautifully formatted decks and materials that are clear and easy to interact with
    • Take ownership of the role and have a can-do attitude

    About You

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Brilliant writing skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail across all your projects, from grammar to missing pixels
    • Ability to work from our Old St office 3 days a week, (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday), with 2 days working from home (Wednesday & Friday)
    • Experience producing motion graphics in After Effects a bonus but not essential

    Knowledge

    • Advanced in Word, Excel & PowerPoint or equivalent Mac apps
    • Excellent Google Drive skills
    • Knowledge of video & design platforms such as Frameio, Vimeo & Canva
    • Excellent grasp of the English language (both written and verbal)
