    Description
    Are you an experienced Administrator with a customer focused approach? Then we could have just the role for you. We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Plymouth team.


    Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.

    You will be a vital member of the team, delivering an efficient administrative service for NHS, private and inter-provider patient transfers from third party providers; supported by our experienced Administration Manager, Rachel.

    This will include ensuring documentation is kept up to date and liaising with other providers and the wider team at the hospital.

    You will also take responsibility for booking pre-assessment appointments.

    This role is for a full-time permanent position, paying up to £22,383 per annum.

    What you'll be doing


    You will have recent and relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.

    Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
