    We have a temporary role for a Global Payroll Business Analyst on a full-time fixed term contract until end 2025. As the Global Payroll Business Analyst you will support the global payroll operations and processes across the Regions. As part of Global Payroll Team, you will support and manage all aspects of the payroll functional areas to drive accuracy, consistency, standardisation, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and ensure the global payroll team delivers against the required metrics and internal management reporting requirements, liaising with payroll vendors, and multiple internal functions as appropriate. Key Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
    • Coordinate and project manage strategic payroll initiatives and projects across the global Payroll organisation as requested, including global mobility, shares and benefits improvements.
    • Accountable to gather payroll improvements and identify manual and non-essential processes that could be eliminated or improved through technology to simplify and streamline processes.
    • Accountable to manage internal system accesses aligned to data security principles
    • Support resolution of identified issues and challenges and provide clear root cause analysis guidance and training to payroll team.
    • Support global payroll team to maintain regular country documentation updates and monitor adherence to approval process.
    • Provide guidance and training to payroll team for annual cycle planning preparation, quarterly BCP testing, global employee communications and help guides.
    • Support improvements for case management and performance dashboard metric delivery.
    • Perform monthly spot checks of payroll control tool for SOX countries and 5 sample countries, capture analysis and remediation evidence to ensure identified issues are corrected.
    • Perform monthly monitoring of performance dashboard to ensure data is accurately reflected per country and resolve any identified issues.
    • Support vendor performance management approach including cost management and performance against SLA/KPI's.
    Why you? What are we looking for?
    • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (Business Administration)
    • Experience working in a multinational environment and Shared Services.
    • Proven experience in International Payroll is essential
    • A strong understanding of business process improvement with the ability to produce high quality outputs
    • Proven work experience or subject matter knowledge in payroll and related systems (e.g. Workday, SAP)
    • A strong background in analysis and critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources.
    • Ability to take information and document in a format that can be understood by both business and technology teams.
    • A consulting-type skillset / mindset - strong influencing, relationship-building, communication, collaboration, presentation skills and problem-solving skills, supported by strong learning agility.
    • Experience in Managing teams remotely.
    • Ability to conduct root cause analysis & problem solve
    • Confidence to ask to questions/seek further guidance when needed
    • Ability to prioritise a complex workload with conflicting deadlines and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines
    • Advanced Excel capabilities
    • Proficient in MS Office suite such as PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc
    • Positive, focused with an enthusiastic attitude
