Data Centre Service Delivery Manager
An experienced Data Centre Service Delivery Manager is required for a 5 month MOD contract. The role will be based in Corsham. Some hybrid working possible. Travel to alternate other centre locations may be required.
Active SC clearance and MOD experience is required for this role.
Start date March 2023.

The role:

Expected role activities will include:

Maintain data centre management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems.
Oversee the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures.
Assessing Business performance for improvement recommendations against business requirements and design documents.
Manage Data & Information Security Systems.

Essential skills:

ITIL 4 Managing Professional
Experience maintaining IT service availability through infrastructure resilience and redundancy within a MoD, or other similar size/scale organisations environment
Experience managing throughlife infrastructure services and service planning within a MoD, or other similar size/scale organisations environment.
Experience identifying and delivering continuous service improvements within a MoD, or other similar size/scale organisations data centre environment.
Experience managing data centre infrastructure risk within MoD, or other similar size/scale organisations environment.
Experience managing data centre security as a building custodian within a MoD, or other similar size/scale organisations environment.
Experience managing hosting at Official and Secret within the Crown Hosting/Cabinet Office joint venture.
