    Qualitative Insight Manager - Social Impact Research
    Focus on Education, Young People and Communities
    £Remote first - occasional team meet ups in London but very flexible. 3+ years experience in qualitative market research from an agency
    Open to senior research exec stepping up or existing RM level

    We are working with a communications agency who create bespoke programmes and campaigns for leading brands, government, charities and partners.

    They specialise in social impact research, particularly within Education, Young People and Communities. This role sits in their Research and Strategy team.

    Their mission is to help provide young people with the skills and opportunities to thrive.

    They work with education providers as well as brands (such as The Premier League, J.P Morgan, the Paralympic Association) to drive social impact throughout their businesses and help them to better understand what young people need for their futures.

    This is a hands on qualitative fieldwork role, conducting face to face focus groups, workshops, interviews and ethnography. Often with children and young people, such as in Schools. Experience conducting youth research is highly desired and/or knowledge of education policy.

    They are a mixed method research team so experience with working with quant data and designing questionnaires is desired.

    A client facing, full-service role, you'll be responsible for delivering and managing qual projects. Analysing quant and qual data and desk research. You'll also contribute to writing proposals, case studies and cred decks.
