- Define and manage Design standards and processes.
- Support the team with Design decisions.
- Interact with existing and new Customers to define Design objectives.
- Liaise with existing and new Suppliers of Mechanical components and Fabricators.
- Check detailed Designs and ensure compliance of Safety standards.
- Design & develop bespoke mechanical solutions.
- Create a virtual simulation of the application.
- Arrange manufacturing of equipment and support build.
- Liaise with software engineer and project manager to keep in line with project scope & timeline.
- Support installation of Cobots at customers site.
- Provide stand-by support to customer following commissioning of Cobots.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Controls Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced CAD & Simulation skills
- Mindset to innovate and go the extra mile
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Periodic business travel and a valid driving licence
- Knowledge/Experience in Robotics/Cobots
