Technical Manager Frozen Food Production Company We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to become part of an innovative frozen food production company based in King's Lynn.
In this important role you will be tasked with guaranteeing technical and legal compliance throughout the production process. You will also be responsible for upholding food safety standards, ensuring top quality product and navigating regulatory compliance.Advise the product development team on relevant food safety guidance and legislation
Ensure product packaging complies with all regulations and standards
Liaise with team members on product quality and report back to relevant stakeholders
Provide additional QC support during production runs
Manage tasks associated with the Quality Management System
Proven experience in a technical or quality management role within the food industry
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

Training courses can be provided
Working Hours:
Monday Friday: 8 am 4 pm or 9 am 5 pm
