    Digital Marketing Account Manager (E Commerce).

    Push is a London based full spectrum digital marketing Agency that specialises in delivering AI enhanced solutions.Beyond everything else, we are looking for a curious, motivated individual who wants to be at the forefront of the industry.We have offices in Athens, Dubai and will soon be opening an office in Liverpool.

    About you

    We are looking for someone to craft and execute cutting-edge paid social strategies that drive exceptional results for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google, Microsoft and Amazon.You will also manage campaigns in accordance with these strategies and track their performance to ensure that they are achieving the desired results.

    As an eCommerce Account Manager you will be responsible for the following key areas:

    • Client Relationship and Campaign Oversight : Cultivate strong client relationships, oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, and conduct audits for new business support.
    • Financial Management : Monitor and manage the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Innovative Techniques Implementation: To stay ahead in the adoption of emerging AI technologies, leverage innovative techniques learned from Push's Digital Channels, and collaborate closely with the Push Digital Innovation and Automation Lab (DIAL).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Account Management:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of each assigned client account.
    • Collaborate closely with Account Strategists to devise advanced strategies for larger clients.
    • Set specific performance targets and objectives aligned with clients' marketing goals and objectives.

    Client Understanding and Industry Knowledge:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's products, competition, industry trends, marketing goals, and objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, user trends, and consumer behaviour.

    Budget Management and Performance Optimisation:

    • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring monthly spend aligns with the devised strategies.
    • Measure and optimise campaign effectiveness across assigned accounts, driving increases in traffic and conversions.
    • Leverage Push tools, such as AdInvestor, to compile and analyse company/sector-specific data for insights and optimisation.

    Reporting and Client Communication:

    • Produce comprehensive reports for clients, detailing monthly activities, recommendations, and performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Ensure reports adhere to excellent written standards and align with the Push brand.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely and efficient responses to all enquiries.
    • Attend and actively participate in client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as required.

    Solution Delivery and Account Optimisation:

    • Deliver related solutions to clients, such as landing pages, social media campaigns, eCommerce integrations, and brand refreshes, based on their specific needs.
    • Optimise client accounts for maximum performance using various PPC practices and techniques.
    • Perform regular maintenance and efficient day-to-day management of assigned ongoing customer accounts.

    Time Management and Knowledge Sharing:

    • Efficiently manage workload and accurately record time allocation.
    • Freely share knowledge, insights, best practices, tactics, and ideas with the team.
    • Continuously expand industry knowledge by networking, researching, reading relevant blogs, and staying updated with news sources.

    Core Competencies:

    • Proven experience in managing customer budgets effectively.
    • Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven recommendations.
    • Excellent writing abilities to produce high-quality reports.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Paid Search management within an agency environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of paid search methodologies and techniques for managing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, news, research, and identify strategic insights.
    • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and other major analytics platforms.
    • Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on social media channels like Facebook and LinkedIn.
    • Experience with Shopify and Magento, GA4 essential.
    • Ability to set up and implement new PPC accounts and campaigns from scratch.

    Location: Greater London (White City), Hybrid 3 days in office.
