    Technical Coordinator (All levels), Residential Developer and Contractor

    Job Description:

    • Coordinate and oversee technical aspects of residential development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any technical issues.
    • Review and approve technical documentation, including architectural plans and engineering drawings.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the coordination of technical activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any technical challenges.
    • Review and approve design changes, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
    • Support the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques and technologies.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in residential development projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
