This initiative aims to offer top-notch care to individuals with intricate emotional needs in an equitable, accessible, and evidence-based manner, reshaping how care is given in the process. The Psychologically Informed Consultation and Training Team (PICT) was created to back this pathway by providing specialized training, consultation, and supervision to staff, aiming to enhance the experience of individuals with complex emotional needs or personality disorders.
The PICT assists colleagues across various Trust departments, including inpatient services, community teams, and partner agencies. They are hunting for the perfect candidate to join and contribute to their PICT team, a role where experienced psychologists and psychotherapists will collaborate with lived experience practitioners.
