Are you a specialist Lawyer looking for more challenging and rewarding Asbestos related casework? We're currently looking to add to our team based in London to support our clients who are victims of asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will run a Multi Track caseload and will be able to deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview to trial, which includes cases issued in the High Court.
• You will represent claimants and victims of asbestos exposure, demonstrating care, understanding and sensitivity to clients who are terminally ill or other family members who have been impacted by exposure to asbestos.
• You will run a full caseload, carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements; preparing and attending Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).
• You will contribute to the development and growth of the team by building relationships both internally and externally.
• You will also play a key part in helping the team meet their objectives.

About You

• The opportunity will suit an experienced and compassionate qualified Lawyer with a committed background of representing Claimants and victims of asbestos exposure, matched by a strong track record of running asbestos cases.
• You will have a natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch, demonstrating your empathy and understanding.
• You'll also have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in dealing with Multi Track asbestos cases, such as costs and the litigation process.
