    Position Summary:

    As our Development Lead for Desktop you will beresponsible for leading the team in building our worldclasshealthcare cybersecurity product on top of our secureinfrastructure. Leveraging GCP & GKE Kubernetes and variousscalable GCP services such as PubSub and Firestore you will supportand be able to contribute to the deployment and development ofprojects written in TypeScript Python and Clojure. Strong productdevelopment and fullstack software engineering skills are arequirement. Our primary warehouse is built on a graph databasewith various services contributing to the data visible to the usersearch analytics and so on.

    You will bereporting directly to the CTO as part of a team of peers at yoursame level.

    Your experience andskills:

    • Atleast 5 years of working with fullstack software projects.
    • Very strong SPA frontendskills TypeScript CSS Browser APIs.
    • Typescript Python andClojure to be able to take part in feature development and aid teammembers. If you have worked with any of Datomic GraphQL ClickHousebefore that is a huge plus.
    • Proven ability with GCP& GKE Kubernetes and scalable GCP services (e.g. PubSubFirestore Dataflow).
    • 12years of successfully holding a lead position.
    • Advanced understanding ofmodern development deployment git cloud and distributed computing.Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.
    • Interest in Cybersecurityis essential although experience in the field is notneeded.
    • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.
    • Have worked in and enjoyeda remotefirst environment and understand the skills needed to besuccessful in one.
    • Understand the successcriteria for operating in a startup environment bringing your owncreativity and problemsolving is your superpower.

    Workinghours:

    Youll need to overlap withthe UK from 10 am till 7 pm (GMT0 time zone you may check thetime difference via thelink).

    1. SupportAutonomy:

    • Foster a culture of autonomywithin the development team through proactive engagement and pairprogramming.
    • Collaborateclosely with team members to share knowledge and enhance overallcapabilities.
    • Drivedelivery of key businessdefined features.
    • Define key featurescollaboratively with peers.

    2.Operational Stability:

    • Ensure operational stabilityof our cybersecurity infrastructure implementing best practices forsecure configurations.
    • Proactively find andmitigate security risks to support a robust and resilient system.

    3.Visibility:

    • Establish and supportvisibility of the development status within the company inpartnership with senior leadership.

    4. ReleaseCoordination:

    • Take an active role incoordinating software releases ensuring compliance withcybersecurity standards.
    • Work closely withcrossfunctional teams to streamline development.
