The role of HR Administrator is a new position due to the business growth


Duties will include:

  • Ensuring all HR related administration is processed efficiently and appropriately.
  • Assisting Manages with monthly 121's and objective setting.
  • Support the firms recruitment and interview process.
  • Deal with new starter administration and onboarding, induction and probation.
  • Working with and supporting the HR Team
  • Support with HR related projects as and when required.
  • Working with local education establishments to encourage pipelines of talent.

The successful HR Administrator will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of HR/recruitment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Experience in handling highly confidential information.
