Duties will include:
- Ensuring all HR related administration is processed efficiently and appropriately.
- Assisting Manages with monthly 121's and objective setting.
- Support the firms recruitment and interview process.
- Deal with new starter administration and onboarding, induction and probation.
- Working with and supporting the HR Team
- Support with HR related projects as and when required.
- Working with local education establishments to encourage pipelines of talent.
The successful HR Administrator will have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of HR/recruitment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience in handling highly confidential information.
