Maintenance Team Leader

GBP45,000 to GBP47,500 per annum, plus overtime paid at x1.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm

A new and exciting role has opened for a Maintenance Team Leader It s a great opportunity for someone to get their teeth stuck into an exciting role and help shape the future of this factory

We are recruiting for a reputable and growing manufacturer who are expanding and looking for a reliable and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader, either discipline considered (mechanical or multi skilled) to work within their fast moving manufacturing environment.

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, your role is to join and manage a team of 15 Mechanical Maintenance Engineers, coordinating and completing Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance and Project work covering the 4 factories.

It will be responsible for driving performance and standards and ensuring the delivery of set KPI's.

Always ensure safe working, with a right first time every time by everyone attitude, to produce a cost effective, quality product whilst adhering to the Company s policies and procedures.

Management of a team of Engineers, in such position including but not limited to Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisory or Maintenance Team Leader in a hands-on capacity
Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance and coordinating teams in completing them.
Computer literate and can completely reports on works carried out, completed and any issues encountered etc.
Any experience of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical drive systems and general factory / plant maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment is advantageous
Exposure and promotion of Health & Safety is essential and preferably with a relevant qualification e.g.
