Finance Projects and Systems Manager | London | Permanent

£50,083 per annum, rising to £52,600 after probation + amazing benefits


For a leading charity in the UK, we're recruiting a Finance Systems and Project Manager to join their ambitious, busy, and dynamic Finance and Commercial Team in London.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will act as first point of contact for allday-to-day support and training on all systems including Access Dimensions and will partner with Finance staff across the UK and in HQ to review transaction processing systems, process design and implement continuous improvement while acting as data protectionchampion for Finance.


What you'll be doing:


  • Work with the Financial Controller to review all transaction processing procedures to enable more efficient integration with Access Dimensions
  • Design and test recommendations, and train staff on changes
  • Support postimplementation of new HR Information System and payroll provider
  • Review all procedure notes, ensuring they are fit for purpose
  • First portofcall for all Access Dimensions and associated product issues, maintaining user profiles
  • SharePoint champion, leading on its adoption and associated training
  • Support postimplementation of the online ordering and supplier invoice system
  • Work Regionally and HQ to improve the use of Asset Manager in Access Dimensions
  • Act as Data Protection Champion for the team
  • Deputise for the Systems Accountant as required.

What you'll offer us:


  • Partqualified CCAB Accounting qualification with experience of financial ledgers and financial management systems ideally Access Dimensions
  • Strong experience of reviewing processes and designing and testing system changes and training staff
  • Developing policies and procedures and associated training
  • Charity accounting, VAT, and tax experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of data protection principles
