    To manage the overall studio workflow, scheduling the creative and development projects between both the US and UK teams, making sure the right people are doing the right thing at the right time and helping to formulate process alongside the account management team to ensure that our work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible quality.

    You will understand the priority of tasks and ensure briefs and explanations are provided to Developers and Designers (both projects and maintenance).

    Own and maintain the production schedule, assigning requests to appropriate resources, liaising daily with the project/account management team on resource requirements.

    Manage daily workflow of project requirements to creative and development teams and freelance resources as required, ensuring time is logged accurately and promptly.

    Establish and plan for future resource needs and recruiting permanent and contract resources as needed.
    Manage and develop the communication flow, processes and infrastructure between the studio and project management team.

    Ensure quality assurance (QA) process is implemented on all projects, ensuring all work is quality controlled by the appropriate people before client receipt.

    Manager maintenance accounts – main contact for day-to-day maintenance requests (not client facing), including seeing requests through from submission to final approval and producing monthly maintenance status reports.

    Previous experience of managing studio resources within a creative or advertising agency environment.
    Understanding of the workings and processes of all on and offline creative assets.
    Experience of team working and managing suppliers, senior management, designers and clients.
    MS Office.
    Flexible, adaptable approach.
    Our client is offering a competitive salary of £55k – £70k based on experience, plus benefits.
