ACCOUNT MANAGER ( HOMEWARE SUPPLIER B2B )
MANCHESTER
UP TO £40K
Our client a successful B2B supplier of homeware products to the multiple high street retailers are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years working for a fashion supplier or homeware supplier in a Merchandiser/ Account manager role working with the multiple high street and online retailers.
DUTIES:
Full account Management from start to finish process of supply chain
Develop additional routes to market across all platforms, existing and new customers alike.
Explore new channels with existing customers.
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts; manage a portfolio of National Accounts including multiple high street homeware retailers such as Homebase, Asda, and The Very Group. and online Fashion retailers.
Trend, competitor and retail analysis to support product development.
Work closely with international teams and factories, sourcing and developing products, in-line with customer regulatory and costing expectations. (China, Vietnam, India, EU)
Ensure accurate product set-up in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ERP data conversions and EDI ordering/invoicing.
Work closely with internal teams; Quality Control, Photography, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics and Product Development to ensure process flows in-line with critical path.
Utilise historical account data to identify best-selling lines and suggesting commercial additions to maximise growth potential.
Liaising with over seas suppliers
EXPERIENCE
Must have 4+ years experience working as an Account Manager for either a homeware/ fashion retail or whole sale accounts for an online brand
Critical Path management
Building existing account and products
Stock analysis
Experience of overseas suppliers and full supply chain process
Worked closely with Merchandising/ QC/ Design/ PD teams
