Description
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Head of History KS3 and KS4 to lead our hardworking, highly experienced and supportive History department.
Our department, which consists of dedicated, lively and innovative teachers, work collaboratively with each other. Their strength as a team has led to excellent results and high student numbers at GCSE and A Level over a sustained period. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about their subject, who will be able to work within a team-centred approach to planning and teaching a wonderful subject at all levels.
We are delighted and proud of what our students achieve in History. Results have been good, and in line with the national average in recent years at GCSE and A level.
