Intervl are currently working with an award winning and highly respected Commercial Real Estate business

This potion will partner with regional functional teams across Investment, Development and Operations

Responsibilities:

Provide strategy and execution support focused on the owned controlled and thirdparty asset portfolio with respect to climate impact and sustainability.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures related to sustainability and environmental impact and supports maintenance of policies and procedures relating to broader ESG
Maintains strong relationships and ensures efficiency, quality and aligned strategies with external partners
Write annual and half yearly ESG reports
Coordinates with external professionals to create actionable sustainability plans for all assets, including as appropriate setting sciencebased carbon targets and identifying costeffective

Requirement

Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence individuals across all levels within the organization
Demonstrated experience providing training, developing thought leadership, and sharing leading best practices on sustainability processes and controls.
