- Developing templates and source documents for internal use
- Being a key part of the digitalisation project, providing input, questions, and testing
- Driving the BIM-related digitalisation within the business
- Liaising closely with the Information Manager regarding CDE and data aspects
- Ensuring the BIM policies and relevant CAD elements are kept up to date
- Working closely with external CAD partners to ensure coordination is up to date and communicated effectively
- Actively seeking new digitalisation methodologies within the BIM environment and implementing them effectively
- Liaising closely with the IT team to develop internal processes and solutions to suit BIM-related needs
- Developing and mentoring the team, including off-site resources
- Attending and presenting at relevant BIM shows and events
- Demonstrating the ability to be self-motivated and work well as part of a team
- Experience in Revit, CAM-DUCT, Autocad/Inventor, Navisworks
- Ideally, experience within MEP or highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
- A BIM-related qualification is desirable
