We are looking for a
Partnerships Team Assistant on a fixed term basis to provide administration support to the Partner Services and Partnerships Development team.

Your day-to-day

  • Managing invites and ticketing for existing and prospective partners.
  • Preparing and issuing VIP guest itineraries for match days and other partner experiences.
  • Creating and distributing partner matchday accreditation, VIP and attendee lists.
  • Providing support for Partner Service and Partnership Development events calendar.
  • Managing the Arsenal magazine and Matchday programme ad schedule for current Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Arranging and distributing signed merchandise for current and prospective partners and managing the commercial signed items allocation.
  • Ordering stock for use by partners in their marketing and activation (including sourcing, ordering and distribution of partner gifts.
  • Managing and distributing team invoices from coding through to approvals, liaising with the finance department on partner invoices.
  • Acting as main point of contact with the Arsenal travel team for partner European trips, distributing itineraries and all other travel related information.
  • Inputting key information on CRM (Partnership Development) and Konnect (Partner Services) systems.
  • Coordinating and distributing CRM info to partnership servicing teams.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a support role.
  • Ability to manage diaries, make travel arrangements and support with projects.
  • Experience within a commercially focused and brand sensitive organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to create effective and clear communications.
