The Operations Executive will sit within the Digital and Data department within CSM.

Our key focus as a department is to combine digital and data with the passion of sport and entertainment to deliver performance marketing solutions that enhance the fan experience.

We are looking for you


We are looking for a highly passionate Operations Executive to join our Product and Development team, someone who is process focused and has high attention to detail when working across multiple projects.


What You'll Do:


  • Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing requests across our client projects
  • Work alongside the Operations Manager in the building, and the delivery of client campaigns
Providing general administrative support to the Product team, including expenses, time management, capacity planning, contracts and supplier agreements
Showing expertise on our systems and databases, supporting and training administrators in the team, helping them and others to learn how to use new systems and processes

  • To look for operational improvements and efficiencies in the Operations team, using problem solving skills and wider company knowledge
  • Supporting on ad hoc campaign builds using proprietary tools

Experience and Skills:

You may be a good fit if you...

1 or 2 years in an administrative/operational role
Experience of data entry using Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with digital media and marketing

Have strong attention to detail and accuracy and take pride in making sure your work is of the appropriate quality.

Able to work on a range of systems; inputting data accurately and generating documentation
Able to provide accurate and effective feedback to others on completed work in a timely manner
Informing their line manager about any reoccurring issues and/or causes for concern
Able to build and maintain effective working relationships; sharing ideas, information and knowledge to support collaborative working between colleagues

Shows initiative in addressing or raising issues that impact the work
Proactively offers help and support to others
Reaches out to build collaborative relationships with others
Shares ideas, information and knowledge to support team effectiveness
Investigates specific issues (e.g. a complaint) collating information from various sources
Follows standard methods or procedures to resolve issues that arise in the course of own work
Identifies practical options when there is more than one solution available
Agency experience and a passion for sport are not essential, but a bonus
