    Description

    Our client a top 50UK law firm are currently seeking highly skilled and motivatedAssociate Solicitors to join their thriving Employment team basedout of their Cardiff Newcastle London Sheffield and Manchesteroffices. The ideal candidate will have between 36 PQE and will playa key role in our client s commitment to providing exceptionallegal services in the field of Employmentlaw.

    Requirements

    Legal Expertise: The idealcandidate should possess a strong background in Employment law witha focus on matters related to equality and discrimination.Demonstrable experience in employment tribunal cases is highlydesirable. We are seeking candidates with 36 PQE.

    ClientManagement: Manage client relationships including conducting clientmeetings providing legal advice and leading negotiations on complexEmployment lawmatters.

    Supervision andLeadership: Demonstrate leadership skills through supervisionand/or line management responsibilities within theteam.

    CommercialAcumen: Exhibit a commercial mindset with a focus on chargeablehours and billing to contribute to the overall financial success ofthefirm.
