Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of installs, including site visits and audits.
Verify compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from standards to management.
Work closely with installation teams to provide feedback and guidance on best practices.
Collaborate with management to continuously improve quality processes and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to eco installations.

Requirements:

Installation experience in boilers, air source heat pumps or insulation (preferred)
Proven experience in quality assurance, technical inspection, or a related field.
An understanding of the ECO industry.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to be interpersonal with customers and engineers.
Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., building codes, environmental regulations). (preferred)
Certification as a quality inspector or similar credentials. (preferred)
