    Senior HR Business Partner
    Interim 3-6 Month Contract

    LHH has partnered with a leading commercial private sector company that is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team based in the Midlands.

    Provide informed HR consulting to stakeholders to ensure that business and people plans and priorities are aligned.

    Utilise relevant data-driven metrics and insights to facilitate conversations with stakeholders to drive the focus and delivery of performance and future planning.

    Manage key senior stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor.

    Lead and/or support change management projects and proactively engage with trade unions to mitigate risk and diffuse potential conflict.

    Coach and advise senior leaders to develop high-performing teams; Advocate and sponsor the use of the full suite of HR service offerings, acting as customer's voice, role model and facilitator.

    A trusted advisor, able to influence and build relationships with a diverse range of commercial senior stakeholders to effectively challenge and build consensus.

    Change management is able to act as a change agent and support stakeholders in managing change.
