    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and committed Behaviour Mentor to join our established team, who has a passion for building positive relationships with young people to help them achieve more than they thought possible. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional and have a desire to support students from deprived backgrounds.

    The role would be to support pupils who are facing difficulties in school because of issues related to social, emotional, personal, behavioural problems or other factors. To help these pupils overcome their barriers to learning and fully engage with lessons to become more effective learners, and to improve the progress of all students by acting as part of the pastoral team to ensure the smooth running of the behaviour systems in school
