- Organising travel arrangements and entertainment that might go with the trip
- Assisting with ensuring facilities and office is maintained and run well
- Liaising with Captains regarding yacht visits etc
- Preparing external client mailings
- Welcoming clients to the office, expenses, etc.
- Organising client's gifts etc.
- Updating website and social media and assisting with photos etc. for brochures
- Sending out brochures to clients
- Send out client newsletters
- Forming relationships with clients ' PAs and organising gifts
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Office management/facilities experience
- English mother tongue - Italian and French a bonus
- Excellent IT skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
