    Team Assistant/Facilities for prestigious yachting company.

    This is a fantastic and DIFFERENT role - NOT Finance and working for world leaders in their field. Supporting the top of their league team there is so much to this role. You would be wearing a different hat every day - including a sun hat on some There is a large learning curve in this role and a great opportunity to progress in this luxury goods/yaching/travel world. Some of your duties would include:-

    • Organising travel arrangements and entertainment that might go with the trip
    • Assisting with ensuring facilities and office is maintained and run well
    • Liaising with Captains regarding yacht visits etc
    • Preparing external client mailings
    • Welcoming clients to the office, expenses, etc.
    • Organising client's gifts etc.
    • Updating website and social media and assisting with photos etc. for brochures
    • Sending out brochures to clients
    • Send out client newsletters
    • Forming relationships with clients ' PAs and organising gifts

    What you need and or what would be useful:-

    • Knowledge of Photoshop
    • Office management/facilities experience
    • English mother tongue - Italian and French a bonus
    • Excellent IT skills
    • High attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
