Lead and guide the Business Applications team in delivering stable, efficient, and scalable applications to meet the needs of the organization.

• Drive innovation and cost-effective solutions through quality technical and process enhancements.
• Program manage cross-platform system development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of the role of Applications Business Systems in enhancing productivity, efficiency, and growth, while safeguarding assets and profitability.
• Solid experience in Business Analysis
• Track record of managing technology within a fast-paced, growing business environment.
• Experience in ERP applications and ideally some knowledge manufacturing operations, particularly in a head office setting.
• Experience in business analysis and requirement definition, with the ability to design logical processes and sequences of activity.
• Implemented and administered project management or development methodologies.
• Successfully managed complex cross-functional projects and facilitated significant change within IT and the wider business.
• Proficient in managing third-party service providers, including contract negotiations and SLA management.
• Experience in resource and timescale planning within a system support and development team.
• Ensure clear understanding of business requirements and priorities, delivering appropriate IT solutions promptly.
