What's it all about?As the Business Development Manager, you will have a background in both Marketing and Business Development within the Professional Services industry.

    Your role will be to support the team to shape, drive and implement business development and marketing activity. You will be expected to report clearly the ROI on all marketing and business development activity. This role is flexible with hybrid working currently in place (2 days per week in the office).

    The role is London based but occasionally there may be a need to travel to other offices across the UK as it is a national role.


    What you will be doing:


    Working closely with the National Head of Sector to design, develop and deliver the five year strategic plan and associated marketing & BD plan and projects.

    Acting as a marketing & BD advisor on what core activity should be supported within agreed budgets, balancing output with ROI.Managing and monitoring the sector budget Developing and optimising all marketing activity Delivering content that is on message and to pre-agreed deadlinesEnsuring national issues-based and solutions-led campaigns are followed up with local sector-focused partners and directorsSupporting the sales pipeline by working with the partners and sales team to identify targets to pursue.

    Bringing market trends and ideas and qualifying new leads where opportunities are identifiedIdentifying and utilising PR opportunities and working with the Sector PR Manager to prepare content for press releases.


    What we need from you:

    Key Skills/Experience:
    Proven experience in a similar role, within Professional Services.

    Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior key stakeholdersAbility to persuade, influence and constructively challenge Strong project management skills and a critical eye for detail Demonstrable creative and commercial approach to planning and delivering campaigns aligned to market needs with clear understanding of ROI metricsWhat can you expect?Location:
