Senior Legal Counsel

This position will be an integral part of the Subsea Legal and Contracts team within a global leader in the energy sector.

The ideal candidate will engage with the tendering and commercial teams to support, analyse, and negotiate with customers the legal aspects involved in contracting/bidding processes and group contracts to ensure the legal viability of the operations.

This position will be responsible for supporting contract review services in Tenders and providing legal advice on contracting principles and negotiations.

As a secondary task, the position can provide advice for Projects Operations on a case by case. The tasks will be performed in close cooperation with Tendering and Finance/Tax departments.
