Description
Our engineering client are looking for aCredit Controller due to growth. the role will be based full time in the office.


Qualifications:


Software requirements:
Intermediate Excel skills, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Database packages, Sage Line 50 Accounts (sage experience essential, minimum 2 years)


Main objective of Role:

To ensure customer invoices are paid on time and resolve with customer services any queries.


Main Responsibilities

  • Recording sales receipts within Sage
  • Reconciliation of sales ledger
  • Recording credit control information on Sage Accounts
  • They generate around sales invoices per month

Requirements:


  • Experienced in Sage Line 50 Accounting Software
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous experience working with project staged invoicing would be an advantage
  • Proven record of building relationships with customers
  • Clear, accurate and timely communication skills
  • Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. You must be able to multitask and have excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible within job role and be able to approach all tasks confidently
