We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing Executive to join our BD & Marketing team in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. This is a newly created role within our firm and the successful candidate will be encouraged to generate new ideas to attract, engage and recruit the very best talent.

You'll have responsibility for creating and delivering recruitment marketing campaigns to tell the world what life is like at Burness Paull, showcasing all elements of our human and high performing culture across multiple channels. You'll also develop and deliver initiatives to engage colleagues internally and to encourage vacancy referrals.

Using your creative copywriting skills, you'll produce recruitment campaign content and job ads/posts, and work closely with our design team to create campaign assets.

Working alongside internal clients right across the firm, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced marketing professionals within our BD & Marketing team and work closely with our specialist Talent Acquisition, Graduate Recruitment and Inclusion & Wellbeing teams.

We're looking for someone with previous marketing experience and a keen interest in employer branding, who thrives in a busy team. This will add huge value to the creation of this role and allow us to shape our recruitment marketing strategy more effectively.
